*** Odoo Upgrade Policy Depending on the hosting type and Odoo version used, a database upgrade can be mandatory.

• For Odoo Online:
• • If a database is on a major version (e.g., 16.0, 17.0, 18.0), an upgrade is mandatory every two years.
  • If a database is on a minor version (e.g., 17.1, 17.2, 17.4), an upgrade is mandatory a few weeks after the next version is released. Minor versions are usually released every two months.
• For Odoo.sh:
• • After the initial three years of support, you will have another two years to complete the upgrade. You will be notified when an upgrade is required.
• Odoo Support:
• • Odoo provides free support, bug fixes, upgrades, and security updates for the three most recent major versions.
  • Unsupported projects running older versions will incur additional charges for these services until they are properly upgraded. During this period, users will see a weekly intermediate upgrade reminder before accessing the backend, and there's no way to remove this message.
  • When an Odoo version reaches five years of age, it is phased out from Odoo.sh. The project on Odoo.sh, along with all necessary upgrade tools, remains available. However, instances still running a phased-out version will no longer be accessible.

• All hosting plans include the following capabilities: access from anywhere, standard Odoo apps, customization through Odoo Studio app, guaranteed up-time > 99.9%, & SSL certificates.
• Inspired Cloud Basic & Inspired Cloud Pro​​​ do not provide a user interface to manage customer environment. All features are managed by our expert IT staff on behalf of the customer & don't require any customer expert IT in-house staff to setup or maintain the hosting features.
• Inspired On-Premises Odoo virtual private hosting server & instance setup available with same features as Inspired Cloud Pro. Due to the high level of IT expertise required, Inspired On-Premises Odoo VPS setup fees start from initial one-time fee of $700.00 & monthly maintenance & update fee (paid annually) of $150.00. The above mentioned setup & fees exclude: server hardware or virtual machine, operating system, networking infrastructure, internet bandwidth, or systems administration/ management.
